RIDWELL
STRATEGY, BRAND IDENTITY, ILLUSTRATION
Ridwell, a subscription-based, neighborhood pick-up service, needed a brand design system that felt like a familiar, friendly and credible Member of the community (that also looks great on a front porch. Ridwell, a Seattle business started by a father-son team, helps people get rid of recyclable materials the right way by picking up people’s used stuff on their porch and properly disposing it for them. Think questionable items like batteries, light bulbs, plastic film that shouldn’t end up in a landfill. Ridwell either finds a way to reuse it or sustainably recycles it. Customers sign up for bi-weekly pick ups, filling the appropriate Ridwell bags and placing them in Ridwell bins near their front door for pick up.
"Working with Mitch was one of the best decisions we made early on with Ridwell. We spent time together really understanding our brand and long-term vision and he translated that into materials that get rave reviews from our growing community, now spanning 5 states. Many of our members comment how proud they are to not only have a bin on their porch, but also to see others when they are out in the neighborhood."
